Made of an ingenious mix of lemon balm, organic oat straw and linden, this infusion has a soft herbal taste with a light lemon and honey touch. It is used to help fortify the nervous system; fight depression, anxiety, nervousness, fatigue, stress and memory and concentration problems.

Young shoots of Balsam Fir picked in the North of Quebec give a bright and clear infusion with sweet woody accents. Very aromatic, it helps to treat respiratory problems.

Labrador tea is not a real tea. This plant was consumed as an infusion by Canadian natives. It was used as medicine for treatment of many ailments including colds, dizziness, heartburns, kidney problems and hangovers! The infusion of the leaves creates a blend of various flavors such as resin, peppermint, tarragon and grapefruit.

The whole young leaves are of superior quality, picked in the forest in Quebec (in the Gaspesie region) and carefully dried. Drying is a crucial step in the preservation of this herbal tea. Not sufficiently dried, the aromas and flavors will be insipid and the conservation will be reduced. Too dried, the leaves will be brittle and the taste, altered.

This aromatic plant helps with digestion while also reducing stomach aches and nausea. An herbal tea that invigorates and stimulates the nervous system.

Blend of Yerba mate*, lemon balm, orange and lemon peel, ginger, balsam fir.
The mate gives energy, the citrus notes are sweet and invigorating, and the ginger delivers a spicy endnote. The balsam fir, from Quebec, is a natural sore throat soother. It perfectly completes this house blend to create a comforting brew.

*Although it is an herbal tea, mate contains a similar element to caffeine. Drink in moderation in the evening for caffeine-sensitive people.

Our Chaga is a mushroom found growing on birch trees in the Laurentian forest in Quebec. The beautiful ochre colored mushroom is cut into fairly large pieces which may vary. Although Chaga is lent a variety of medicinal virtues such as being a powerful antioxidant and an immune system modulator, we recommend it, above all, for its savory qualities.

We especially enjoy its delicate woody and earthy taste. Our Chaga is prepared in a decoction. Brew for 2 to 10 minutes depending on whether you prefer it sweet or full-bodied. Keep in mind that you can infuse Chaga pieces twice!
