Dear customer,

All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped within an everage of 24 hours. Please, prefer to pick up in store because Canada Post may experience variable delay. They are currently 2 to 4 business days in the greater Montreal area. Our store is open Monday to Wednesday from 11 am to 6 pm, Thursday and Friday from 11 am to 7 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm. 

Our Tea house

Our storefront, located at 4611 rue Wellington in Verdun, is open in compliance with all health measures.

Regular Hours:

  • Monday - Wednesday: 11 am - 6 pm
  • Tuesday - Friday: 11 am - 7 pm
  • Saturday - Sunday: 10 am - 6 pm

Holidays Hours 2023:

  • December 18 - 20: 10 am - 6 pm
  • December 21 - 22: 10 am - 8 pm
  • December 23: 9 am - 6 pm
  • December 24: 9 am - 5 pm
  • December 25 - 26 : CLOSED
  • December 27: 10 am - 6 pm
  • December 28 - 29: 10 am - 7 pm
  • December 30 - 31: 10 am - 6 pm
  • January 1st - 2nd: CLOSED

Services available in stores:

  • Contactless pickup in store of your online order
  • Pick up your favorite infusions and desserts at the counter (Take-Out)
  • Bulk tea and herbal tea purchases
  • Purchases of teapots, cups and other tea accessories
  • Telephone or email orders for store pickup and contactless payment (Paypass)
  • Contactless payment (Paypass)

Service available in the Tea Room :

  • The TERRACE is closed for the season. 
  • TEA ROOM 
    Seating in the lounge (indoor dining area) is assigned by our staff. Thank you for respecting our operation.
  • Please do not change places once seated.
  • No reservation accepted
