Orders placed on our website are typically processed and shipped within an average of one (1) business day. However, this timeframe may be extended during Black Friday and the Holiday Season.

*** A strike initiated at Canada Post on November 15, 2024, could result in delays beyond our control. We also ship via UPS, but delivery times may be extended. For assistance, please contact our team at info@cha-noir, including your order number.

Thank you for opting for in-store pickup. Our store is open Monday to Wednesday from 11 am to 6 pm, Thursday and Friday from 11 am to 7 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm. 

Our Tea house

Our storefront, located at 4611 rue Wellington in Verdun, is open in compliance with all health measures.

Regular Hours:

  • Monday - Wednesday: 11 am - 6 pm
  • Tuesday - Friday: 11 am - 7 pm
  • Saturday - Sunday: 10 am - 6 pm

Services available in stores:

  • Contactless pickup in store of your online order
  • Pick up your favorite infusions and desserts at the counter (Take-Out)
  • Bulk tea and herbal tea purchases
  • Purchases of teapots, cups and other tea accessories
  • Telephone or email orders for store pickup and contactless payment (Paypass)
  • Contactless payment (Paypass)

Service available in the Tea Room :

  • The TERRACE is closed 
  • TEA ROOM 
    Seating in the lounge (indoor dining area) is assigned by our staff. Thank you for respecting our operation.
  • Please do not change places once seated.
  • No reservation accepted
