Labrador Tea - Superior Grade

| /

    • Labrador tea is not a real tea. This plant was consumed as an infusion by Canadian natives. It was used as medicine for treatment of many ailments including colds, dizziness, heartburns, kidney problems and hangovers! The infusion of the leaves creates a blend of various flavors such as resin, peppermint, tarragon and grapefruit.

    • The whole young leaves are of superior quality, picked in the forest in Quebec (in the Gaspesie region) and carefully dried. Drying is a crucial step in the preservation of this herbal tea. Not sufficiently dried, the aromas and flavors will be insipid and the conservation will be reduced. Too dried, the leaves will be brittle and the taste, altered.
