Dear customer,

Please note that our Online Store is functional. All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped within an everage of 24 hours. Please, prefer to pick up in store because Canada Post may experience delivery delay. They are currently 2 to 4 business days in the greater Montreal area. Our store is open Monday to Wednesday from 11 am to 6 pm, Thursday and Friday from 11 am to 7 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm. 

Our "physical" store is open

Our physical store, located at 4611 rue Wellington in Verdun, is open in compliance with all health and social distancing measures.

Regular Hours:

  • Monday - Wednesday: 11 am - 6 pm
  • Tuesday - Friday: 11 am - 7 pm
  • Saturday - Sunday: 10 am - 6 pm

Services available in stores:

  • Contactless pickup in store of your online order
  • Pick up your favorite infusions and desserts at the counter (Take-Out)
  • Bulk tea and herbal tea purchases
  • Purchases of teapots, cups and other tea accessories
  • Telephone or email orders for store pickup and contactless payment (Paypass)
  • Plexiglass type protection at the counter
  • Contactless payment (Paypass)

Service available in the Tea Room :

  • The TERRACE is closed until May
  • TEA ROOM is open
    Seating in the lounge (indoor dining area) is assigned by our staff. Thank you for respecting our operation.
  • Please do not change places once seated.
  • No reservation accepted  
  • We ask you to wear a mask to your table and on the go

Pick up in store (Free) Don't waste your time in queue!

Pick up in store is safe thanks to the implementation of a protocol of sanitary measures. You go directly to counter to collect your order.
Choose in-store pickup to help us reduce delivery costs. 

Free Shipping with any purchase of $ 55 or more (Quebec-Canada *)

All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped within a maximum of one to three business days. Canada Post delivery delay could be expected considering the increase in volume but the shipment is actually normal.
